1) If you are working and are charged (let's say) $8 a week fee which is
deducted from your payroll check ,and the company is calling it a uniform rental fee, (you don't receive this money
back) - REPORT THIS (A company that you are working for under
labor law Alledgely can not do this. They must supply you with a uniform to do the job, or charge
you a one time fee, or charge you for the uniform and it is yours to keep). note: if you are told that you must sign a uniform
rental agreement allowing the company to do this, and you feel uncomfortable about the situation, then the company tell's
you, ''You can buy your uniform, BUT every stitch better be the same !, even the material''
followed by a similar statement such as this ''if your uniform is not like our's, you will
be written up each time'' This Is Alledgely What We Call, A FORM OF Corporate Extortion
of it's Employees. REPORT THIS, note: Alledgely, the same company who clam's; ''they are renting these uniforms'', own's
the uniform rental company. 1)
Cambridge Security Services has settled out of court on this matter with the Office of The Attorney General for $50,000 (Oct
2009) 2) If you are asked to report to a supervisor training class,
with or without a uniform and the security company tells you, ''You are not getting paid for this training class''!
- REPORT THIS. (under law the company MUST PAY YOU)
(If this matter is reported you will be paid for that training class, TRUST US) (This
matter has already been reported to the Office of The Attorney General, now all you have to do is call). 3)
If a security company withholds your paycheck (on the day you are to receive your paycheck) and tells you, ''YOU
CAN NOT PICK UP YOUR PAY CHECK TODAY'', ''YOU HAVE TO SPEAK WITH H.R TOMMROW, BEFORE WE CAN RELEASE YOUR PAYCHECK
'' then states ''BECAUSE YOU WERE WRITTEN UP'' ! (EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINARY REPORT) REPORT
THIS. Alledgely the only way your employer can hold your pay check , if the matter is in
regard to discretionary of time. 4) If you are intimidated,
interrogated and harassed regarding any of these issues please report this to the Dept of Labor.
