This program is an effort to
fight against juvenile delinquency and to mold our youth into productive individuals. We work with ''at-risk'
young people (ages 8-12) who receive youth leadership development. Our young people also receive production creation with
the aim of creating a successful anti-gang violence /anti-drug dealing public service announcement.
We
bring entertainers, athletes, ect. to speak to the students about their lives, and show our youth that
they are regular people and that if they apply themselves, they too can achieve the same goals. Our goal
is to enroll students into the program in
order to grow with the students.
We hold educational workshops
as well as police role play with the police cadets, and local youths to build mutual understanding and reduce crime.
We take our enrolled participants on field trips. We also would like for the students (youth)
to do community service in hopes of keeping youth out of trouble.
