Why do I have to complete a background check to volunteer?
Background checks are an area of focus. United Coalition Association's 'Key To Success Program' deals
in the area of handling youth, while working with youth, this requires a mandatory background check on all
employees and volunteers where necessary. United Coalition Association & The Key To Success Program continues
to reaffirm our accountability to the public. The background check initiative, coupled with our previous efforts on this front,
will help us achieve a more efficient and safer work environment for our employees, youth and volunteers.
What do our volunteers get out of volunteering in return? Satisfaction. The opportunity to help fight against
juvenile delinquency, and saving a youth by helping them achieve a prosperous life.
The Key To Success Program under United Coalition Association, is a non-profit organization therefore, we ask people
seeking to volunteer with us to mail a $26 money order, which goes toward paying for your mandatory backgound check.

After we recieve your volunteer application and background money order payment, we will notify you of
the next step of your status of approval or disapproval.
