SOCIAL SERVICES INITIATIVE
The United Coalition Association’s partnership with Castle Hill Senior Center provides elder care
services to the Castle Hill area of the Bronx. Approx on May 10th, 2010 the United Coalition Association
(U.C.A..I.) a veteran organization dedicated to promoting community empowerment through understanding presents
its Castle Hill senior citizen initiative to the community at large. This initiative funded by Senator
Rev. Ruden Diaz, Sr., and supported by Assemblyman Peter M. Rivera partners with the Castle Hill Senior Center as an effort
dedicated to serving neighborhood elderly located with New York City’s Castle Hill area of the Bronx throughout the
year. The Center’s 47 year old seniors program features comprehensive social work and other services both appointment
and extemporaneously to meet every senior contingency. U.C.A.I.’s underwriting of senior services
through the Castle Hill Senior Center is overseen by New York State Children & Family Services and designed to meet the
needs of an ever-changing elder population. The United Coalition Association’s program services at Castle Hill Senior Center are patterned after
a humanistic social work model that attempts to affectively meet community-based challenges head-on. With elderly sensitive
strategies that resonate with community seniors at a granular level, U.C.A.I. provides such services as blood pressure testing
by Ms. Vanessa Lewis, MA, face-to-face confidential case management for elderly, assessment completion and care plan preparation
on Monday & Thursday from 9:00am – 1:00pm by Mr. Luis Esquilin, Jr., LMSW Additionally, the program provides client/caregiver
advice on available entitlements.

Oct,
13th, 2009 The NYS Attorney General SCORE'S a big win, Cambridge Security Services
Corp. in New York City settles out of court for $50,000 for charging their security employees $8 a week to rent their security
uniforms. The fee was deducted from their payroll check. The
company called it a uniform rental fee, and you don't receive this money back - I'm really happy about this today, i had a
BIG part in making this happen. I am very proud that security officer's that worked with Cambridge Security, AND WHOM worked
from 1995 and worked for a year and more, will get their money back from the illegal actions of Cambridge Security. Had our
founder Mr. Ronald Savage not stepped in, and took matter's into his own hands, Cambridge would still
be illegally charging their employee's $8 a week to rent their work uniform's from the same uniform company that Cambridge Security own's.
